At Mack Weldon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your essentials. If you're not feeling the fit, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size or color, or a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in their original packaging or a similar mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Bring your package to the nearest carrier drop-off location; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
